Below is our list of FAQ regarding our Customer Support Team. If you have a question regarding customer support, please look over this list before contacting Staff Relations.
Question: After getting my reply, I am not satisfied with the answer.
Answer: Please reply to the message and then state your concerns.
Question: I have a compliant regarding an administrator.
Answer: Administrators occasionally are granted authority to go beyond our rules. However, if you believe the offense is major, please send Olivia a PM.
Question: A member has harassed me via PM.
Answer: To further investigate this issue, we need you to forward the PM to us. From there, we will review it and then and take the appropriate action against this member.
Question: Are you Jagex/can I have free stuff/my account is locked?
Answer: No we are not Jagex. No we cannot give you free stuff. No we cannot help you with your account.
Question: What will happen to me if I abuse customer support?
Answer: You will no longer have the option to have send in send ANY messages to ANY member. We do not tolerate any abuse of the messaging system.
Question: Can I be a moderator?
Answer: Please see if there is a position in the Staff Relations forum. If not, we are not looking for any member, please do not ask.
Question: I have an old thread from 1.0 that was removed when we moved from 2.0, can I have it back?
Answer: Yes, we do still have a copy, if you need it, please contact an administrator as they are the only people that have access to them.
